Requirements for firearms and non-firearms.

Shotguns Classes

Special conditions:

1. Open class
   1. Detachable magazines used by an athlete in a shooting Stage must not contain more than 10 rounds at the time of the starting signal. However, detachable magazines with an original maximum capacity of up to 12 rounds are allowed. Magazines should not be fastened together with clips, tape or other fasteners. Up to 14 rounds of ammunition can be equipped with a non-removable magazine at the time of initial loading.
2. Modified class
   1. Modifications or adaptations to the base of the charging window for easy charging are allowed. Such modifications or adaptations shall not exceed 75 mm in length and shall not protrude more than 32 mm in either direction of the receiver.
3. Standard and manual recharging standard classes
   1. Replacement or modification of the feeder / charging window, if no part exceeds the standard dimensions of the firearm, is allowed.
4. Standard Manual Recharging Class
   1. Any shotguns with manual reloading (ie pump, with sliding, lever, bolt, bolt) factory-made and available to the general public.
5. In the case of double-barreled shotguns, in which it is possible to load a maximum of 2 rounds, devices that allow you to load two rounds at once will not be considered loading accelerators.

Carbine Classes

Special requirements:

1. The class "Manual Recharging" is defined as a firearm in which the extraction of the cartridge case occurs exclusively by physical manipulation of the athlete. Carbines in which reloading occurs in whole or in part by the action of powder gases due to recoil or inertia, do not belong to the class of "manual reloading".
   Class "Manual reloading lever" is defined as a firearm in which the extraction of the cartridge case together with the erection operation can occur using gunpowder gases, due to issuance or inertia, but which requires the athlete physical manipulation to erect the lever to prepare the firearm for a new shot by feeding a new cartridge.
2. The length of the compensator / fire extinguisher is measured from the end of the notches to the end section of the device.

Handgun Open Class.

Special conditions:

1. Cartridges whose bullets do not correspond to the minimum weight specified above but have a major power factor according to the chronograph shall be considered dangerous and shall be removed. If the weight of the first bullet, weighed in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 6 of Section VI of these Rules, is less than the minimum weight for major, then the final result is the weight of the bullet from the second cartridge.

Handgun Standard Class

Special conditions:

1. The handgun is in the ready position (see 9.1), but discharged and with an empty magazine attached or a closed empty drum, must be fully included in the reference box with internal dimensions 225 mm × 150 mm × 45 mm (with deviations of +1 mm, - 0 mm). All stores must comply with this paragraph.

2. The athlete inserts a handgun box (and then removes) with a shutter (for a revolver - with a barrel), placed parallel to the long side of the box. The target may be slightly pressed, but the shutter must be closed. All other parts of the handgun (such as folding and / or hinged sights, shutter handles, pedals, pads, etc.) must be fully straightened or unfolded when the handgun is contained in the box . Telescopic shops and / or shops with spring-loaded lids are also strictly prohibited.

3. Only ports in the trunks are prohibited. Shutters may have ports.

4. The 357SIG caliber is also an approved caliber for major, subject to the achievement of a minimum acceptable power factor and WPSF approval.

Handgun Classic Class

Special conditions:

1. The handgun in the ready position (see 9.1), but discharged and with an empty magazine attached, must be fully included in the reference box with internal dimensions of 225 mm × 150 mm × 45 mm (with deviations of +1 mm, - 0 mm ). All stores must comply with this paragraph.
2. The athlete puts the handgun in a box (and then takes it out) with the shutter placed parallel to the long side of the box. The target can be slightly pressed, but the shutter should be closed when the gun is in the box.
3. Handguns must be designed and externally resemble the profile and contours of the model of the classic model 1911. This means - single-row magazine, solid metal frame, shutter with rounded notches, return spring return tube (with or without rail for accessories) must be a maximum length of 75 mm , if measured from the leading edge of the return spring stop tube to the gate delay axis.
   1. The width of the shop window at the exit of the handle should not be wider than 35 mm. Compliance is checked with a caliber fixed on the outside of the box, 35 mm wide and at least 5 mm deep into the handle, or with a ruler or other device agreed Chief Judge.
4. Modifications and slots in the shutter, pedals for the thumb of the weak hand and recharging handles are prohibited.
5. Permitted modifications - profiled shutter ("flat-top", "three-top", etc.), profiled safety trigger guard (straightened, trimmed, etc.), shortened rear part of the frame, expanding barrels or tapering, external extractors, finger recesses, modified magazine release buttons, triggers, triggers, replacement of one-way or two-way fuses and any open sights that can be mounted in the shutter, as well as extended shutter locks and finger guards provided that they are not used as finger rests.

Handgun Classic Class

Special conditions:

1. Only approved handguns listed in the List of Serial Handguns on the WPSF website may be used in the serial class. Single-action handguns are prohibited. The official procedure for measuring the length of the barrel is described in the technical regulations.
2. The minimum trigger force shall be 2.27 kg (5 lbs) for the first shot and no limit for subsequent shots or 1.36 kg (3 lbs) for the first shot and no limit for subsequent shots or 1.36 kg (3 lbs). ) for any shot.
3. Handguns with external triggers must be completely deactivated before the start signal. The first shot attempt should be double action. Athletes in this class who, after giving the starting signal and before the first shot, pull the trigger on a handgun with a loaded chamber, will receive one procedural fine for one such action. However, a procedural penalty is not imposed if the position of readiness in the Stage requires the athlete to prepare a handgun with an empty chamber. In these cases, the athlete can make the first shot of a single action.
4. It is permitted to use original spare parts and components manufactured by Original Firearm Manufacturers (ORIs) as standard equipment or as an option for replacement in certain models of handguns included in the list of approved WPSF handguns, if the following conditions are met:
   1. Modifications with them, except for small actions (removal of burrs and / or adjustment is inevitably necessary to establish other parts offered as standard), are forbidden. Modifications to speed up the replacement of the store (for example, extended, extended or extended store shafts, etc.) are also prohibited. It is forbidden to change the factory color and / or finish of the gun, and / or apply grooves, grains or any decorations;
   2. Shops that an athlete can use on a shooting Stage at the time of the Start Signal must not contain more than 15 rounds. Identification marks or scales, capacity limiters, cushioning store heels and additional inspection openings that slightly change the weight of stores are allowed;
   3. Aiming devices can be processed, adjusted and / or painted. Sights may also contain optical fiber or similar inserts.
5. Non-factory parts, components and accessories are prohibited, except for the following:
   1. Non-factory shops are allowed in compliance with paragraph 4.2 (see above);
   2. Non-factory open sights are allowed, if their installation and / or adjustment does not require changes in the gun;
   3. Non-factory handle covers corresponding to the profile and contours of the OWM or additional covers for the approved handgun and / or gluing of tape on the handle are allowed. However, rubber sleeves are prohibited;
   4. Non-factory springs and triggers are allowed.

Handgun Serial Optical Class {#handgun-serial-optical-class}

Special requirements:

1. Only approved handguns specified in the List of Serial Handguns on the WPSF website and equipped with optical / electronic sights may be used in the serial optical class and the serial optically light class. Single-action handguns are strictly prohibited. The official procedure for measuring the length of the barrel is described in the technical regulations.

   3. Non-factory overlays for handles corresponding to the profile and contours of the OWM or additional overlays for the approved handgun and / or gluing tape on the handle is allowed. However, rubber "sleeves" are prohibited;
   4. Non-factory springs and triggers are allowed.
6. Optical and electronic sights shall be fitted to the upper rear of the shutter as a supplement or as a replacement for the rear open sight. The cocking handle and other similar protruding devices may not be part of the sight or sight mounting device.

Handgun Serial Optical Light Class

Special requirements:

1. Only approved handguns specified in the List of Serial Handguns on the ISPS website and equipped with optical / electronic sights may be used in the serial optical class and the serial optical light class. Single-action handguns are strictly prohibited. The official procedure for measuring the length of the barrel is described in the technical regulations.
2. The minimum trigger force shall be 2.27 kg (5 lbs) for the first shot and no limit for subsequent shots, or 1.36 kg (3 lbs) for the first shot and no limit for subsequent shots, or 1.36 kg ( 3 pounds) for any shot.

5. Non-factory parts, components and accessories are prohibited, except for the following:
   1. non-factory shops are allowed in compliance with clause 4.2 (see above);
   2. non-factory open sights are allowed, if their installation and / or adjustment does not require changes in the gun;
   3. non-factory overlays for the handles, which correspond to the profile and contours of the OWM, or additional overlays for the approved handgun and / or gluing of the tape on the handles are allowed. However, rubber "sleeves" are prohibited;
   4. non-factory springs and triggers are allowed.
6. Optical and electronic sights shall be mounted on the upper rear of the shutter as a supplement or as a replacement for the rear open sighting device. Cocking handles and other similar protruding device may not be part of the sight or device for mounting the sight.
7. Only handguns with a maximum weight of 1 kg with an empty attached magazine can be used in a standard optical lightweight class.

Handgun Revolver Class

Special requirements:

1. There are no restrictions on the capacity of the drum. Revolvers with a capacity of 7 rounds or more cannot be classified as major, even if the cartridges have reached the major power factor during chronograph testing.
2. "Self-loading" revolvers with opening shutters are prohibited in this class.

Pistol Caliber Carbine Classes

Special conditions:

1. Ammunition exceeding the maximum velocity of the bullet will be considered dangerous and must be removed.
2. If the weight of the first bullet weighed in accordance with these Rules does not correspond to the minimum weight of the bullet provided by the rules, the second bullet will be weighed as final and the final result will be the bullet weight from the second cartridge.

Small-caliber Carbine Classes

Special conditions:

Standard class
1. Any small-caliber carbines or components manufactured at the factory and available for purchase.
2. Prototypes are prohibited.
3. External modifications, such as weights, devices to control or reduce recoil are prohibited, except for the pads mounted on the rear of the butt of the small-caliber carbine.

Air Handgun Classes.

Special conditions:

1. Open class
   1. Shops used during the Stage should not contain more than 28 balls at the time of the start signal.
2. Standard and Classic class

3. Standard class

    1. Only pneumatic versions of handguns listed in the list of serial handguns approved on the WPSF website may be used in this class. Handguns only single action are strictly prohibited. 13. Original parts and components offered by OWM as standard equipment or as an option for replacement in certain models of handguns included in the list of handguns approved by the WPSF are permitted if the following conditions are met:
    1. modifications with them, except for small actions (removal of burrs and / or adjustment is inevitably necessary for installation of other parts offered by OWM as standard), are forbidden. Modifications to speed up the replacement of the store are also prohibited (for example, expanded, extended or extended store shafts, etc.).     3. non-factory overlays on the handles, which correspond to the profile and contours of the OWM, or additional overlays for the approved handgun and / or gluing of the tape on the handles are allowed. However, rubber "sleeves" are prohibited;
    4. non-factory springs are allowed.

Soft bullet Handgun Classes

Special conditions:

1. Cosmetic modifications are permitted (eg overlays for handles, gravel images or similar surface engravings, notches or teeth, etc.)
2. soft bullet handguns based on APS handguns can be used in the standard class, provided that in stores available to the athlete during the shooting Stage, no more than 17 rounds to the starting signal.

*A magnifier may be used with an optical sight in this class without violating the "single optical sight" rule if:
a) The magnifier does not have its own sighting mark.
b) The magnifier cannot be used as a stand-alone sighting device.
c) The magnifier is placed in the same place throughout the competition.
If these requirements are met:
d) The magnifier will not be considered a second / separate optical sight.
e) The participant may start the Stage and use the magnifier at his own discretion without other restrictions.
