Special conditions:
- WPSF Hard Targets, which can accidentally turn to the side or fall on the edge, are strictly prohibited.
- In handgun shooting, the plates should be installed on an impenetrable surface or on metal stands at least 1 m high.
- WPSF FSH Plates used must be:
- firmly fixed to the stand
- placed at a distance of at least 5 m from the most probable final shooting position in the Stage
- clearly different from ordinary plates and contain visual electronic indicators of defeat (or sound signal)
- connected in any way with a timer that records the end time of the Stage.

Other variations of targets and their bases are allowed, but they must not allow the plate to move, rotate or turn around.
